Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all balances will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) laju8 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, laju8 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bets placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. laju8 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You must provide a valid Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification; this number will be used as a primary account recovery contact.
laju8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, which may include a clear photograph of your MyKad (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie for liveness verification. laju8 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your laju8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions conducted through your laju8 account — whether or not you authorised them — are your responsibility unless you promptly notify laju8 of unauthorised access.
laju8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact laju8 support via live chat immediately. laju8 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze account activity pending resolution.
You must not access your laju8 account through automated means, bots, scripts, or any software designed to generate bets, extract data, or circumvent platform security measures.
laju8 currently accepts the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). laju8 does not accept payments originating from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your laju8 account.

Withdrawals are processed following successful identity verification. laju8 targets a processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for eWallet withdrawals and under sixty (60) minutes for FPX bank transfers during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. laju8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.
laju8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal of the principal deposit amount in certain circumstances. laju8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending AML investigation and to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant regulatory authorities. Deposits made through payment methods not matching the verified account holder will be returned and may result in account review.

laju8 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or prices that were published in error and that differ materially from the true market price at the time of placement. This includes data feed errors, pricing errors, and technical glitches. Players who systematically target such errors may have their accounts restricted.

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where termination occurs at the player's request and there is no outstanding breach, verified wallet balances will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of the applicable KYC and withdrawal verification process.
